Configure Gmail SMTP to automatically send approved emails from the queue.

How to configure Gmail SMTP:
1. Gmail → Security → 2-Step Verification → App Passwords
2. Generate an App Password for "Mail"
3. SSH into server: nano /opt/stewardship/.env
4. Set SMTP_USER=your@gmail.com and SMTP_PASS=your-app-password
5. Restart: systemctl restart stewardship
